Meet Dave Lathrop
David Lathrop, the driving force behind OPP Excavating & Construction, brings over 30 years of experience to the construction industry. His journey started at age 13 when he began working in his family's business as a laborer, sparking a lifelong passion that laid the foundation for his career.
David graduated from Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) in 1992 with an Associate Degree in Business Management. That education, combined with decades of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and managing projects from Florida to New York, makes him uniquely qualified to handle any job.
