Led by David Lathrop, who brings 30 years of experience in the excavation construction industry, having started at age 13 in his family's business. David graduated from Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) in 1992 with an Associate Degree in Business Management and has worked on significant projects from Florida to New York.
